Resposibilities:

Responsible for repairing and maintaining the Mechanical and Electrical conditions of all facilities, machines, operational equipment and safety equipment by keeping a routine servicing schedule.
Responsible for maintaining the conditions and safekeeping of tools and equipment required for maintenance / servicing.
To troubleshoot, repair and maintain machines, operational and safety equipment.
To maintain records of maintenance activities and report to management if any abnormal issue detected.
To ensure all required records are kept and maintained at all times.
Work closely with Process Engineer, Production supervisors, Production Assistants, Technicians and QA team to ensure smooth running of machines and equipment during day to day operation.
Ensure cleanliness and tidiness at workplace is kept and maintained at all times.
