Facility Assistant - Dynamic Team

Job Duties :

1. Maintenance And Engineering 

• Responsible for overall maintenance of building facilities and amenities
• Attend to machinery hook-up request( eg electrical, network, piping, etc)
• Carry out job request by Facility and IT Department
• Ensure all external outsource jobs are carried out according to requirements and quality standards
• Coordinate and ensure minimal disruption of utilities and facilities
• Manage maintenance and facilities spare parts

2. Facilities Management

• Responsible to ensure adequate facilities and equipment are available that will enable the department to achieve its objectives.
• Ensures department meets environment of care requirements on an ongoing basis.

3. Administrator

• Responsibilities and tasks outlined in this document are not exhaustive and may change as determined by the needs of the company.

Minimum Skill, Knowledge & Abilities ( including licensure, certification and other-job related credetials)

Education / Professional Qualifications

1. Minimum SPM, Certification or Diploma in any related field
2. Minimum 1 years of working experience and Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
3. Ability to interpret electronics, electrical and other technical schematic
