Facility Coordinator, Building Services & Aircond (Seri Manjung, Perak)

Assist in ensuring profitable & sustainable business practices within Operations Unit align with the company values. The Site Coordinator will be responsible on all Engineering services operational & commercial matters, improve business competitiveness, create more values, enhance customer satisfaction level & to ensure that operation runs in an effective manner which enable Operations Unit to meet standards and deliver objectives. 

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact between the company and the clients for all engineering services. 

• Manage daily EGTSB (IFM Division) engineering operations, team performance, and incident handling to keep the business running smoothly. 

• Inspect facility assets to ensure they are used safely and maintained properly. 

• Monitor job sites to ensure workers follow safety regulations. 

• Prepare and deliver accurate and timely management reports and performance data. 

• Assist the Engineers in handling technical matters between the company and the client. 

• Ensure the operations are fully compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards through regular audits and keep staffs to comply on QSHE policy 

• Manage vendors and monitor their performance against contract standards. 

• Keep track of insurance, licenses, and regulatory documents, and handle any compliance issues. 

• Maintain clear communication with the team, clients, head office, and vendors. 

Requirements 

• Certificate / Diploma in facility management, engineering or relevant from a university recognized by the Malaysia Government 

• At least 5 years of experience in Engineering facility management in building management/township management/district management with a minimum degree qualification in facility management/engineering discipline 

• Strong operational leadership, enterprising, analytical & creative 

• Experience in managing and leading a team
