Qualifications & experience
- Minimum Degree in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field.
- Prior experience working in cleanroom manufacturing environment will add advantage.
- Can handle various electrical control component.
- Can handle various circuit diagrams and understand PLC control, principles, PLC on line check equipment faults.
- Able to read and write Mandarin will add advantage.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of plant facilities and equipments.
- Develop & implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the reliability and availability of critical equipment & systems.
- Responsible for maintaining preventive maintenance program to ensure the maintenance schedules and meet according to quality systems requirements.
- Develop & implement facility and maintenance management policies and procedure.
- Responsible P/PVC/Iron pipe and water piping.
- Implement safety regulation and preventive maintenance plans.
- Monitoring equipment inventory and expenses control budget of maintenance.
- To manage waste water treatment plant find discharge water meet DOE standard requirement and ensure daily water treatment quality.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties or assignment by Supervisor/Management from time to time.
