Facility Management Executive

Property Management:

• Oversee the daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and operationally efficient.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Maintenance and Repairs:

• Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolution of issues.
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers, negotiating contracts and monitoring performance.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize potential issues and extend the life of property assets.

Financial Management:

• Prepare and manage property budgets, ensuring expenditures align with financial goals and constraints.
• Monitor maintenance collections, process payments, and manage arrears to ensure financial stability.
• Prepare financial reports and statements, providing regular updates to management.

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure properties comply with all local, state, and federal regulations, including safety and environmental standards.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and emergency procedures.

Strategic Planning:

• Participate in the development and implementation of long-term strategies for property management and growth.
• Identify opportunities for property improvements, upgrades, and expansions.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities, including maintenance logs, tenant interactions, and financial transactions.
• Prepare regular reports for management, detailing property performance, and financial status.
