Factory Capacity Planner

Communicate factory and supply chain capacity limitations to shape overall build plan. Align strategies & timeline to address unmitigated risks to LMM build plan & unique risk builds utilizing global factory network solutions & modeling. Support weekly utilization reviews & escalations with local stakeholders as part of slotting cycle process. Measure & track LMM factory router performance, close on opportunities for cycle time reductions. Drive continuous improvement in processes & applications from a global perspective. Build solutions that will improve capacity planning business processes and support critical business strategies. Provide actionable insights for management to support decision making through data collection and analysis. Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders. Ensure execution, manage risks, assure adherence to program or project schedules, and performance to meet business requirements. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve the process. Run change management for projects and programs and support proper project closure. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or relative discipline. Five (5) years of experience in a similar role or other related Operations discipline. Ability to influence key stakeholders with members located at all Lam factory locations globally. Strong organizational skills in strategy & executive level communications. Excellent English skills (Written & Spoken) Excellent people skills, project management skills, with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc..).
