You will partner with engineering, planning, and supply chain teams to manage demand, optimize capacity, mitigate risks, and deliver business results. You will also leverage AI-enabled tools, automation, and data analytics to improve decision-making, enhance productivity, and drive continuous process improvement in support of Micron\u0027s AI transformation.\n\n \n\n\n## Job Responsibilities\n\n \n\n\n * Serve as the main SIG contact. Work with product and central/engineering planning teams to understand equipment and board demand. Strategize loading to meet Micron\u0027s business needs. Manage all communications about CMs\u0027 delivery commitments.\n * Manage all contract manufacturing (CM) operations during New Product Introduction (NPI) and high-volume Manufacturing (HVM) phases to meet equipment/board delivery schedules.\n * Collaborate with the field service team to support post-sale requirements, including repair, upgrades, rework, and spares.\n * Identify and mitigate risks impacting CM production and delivery schedules, driving resolutions to meet aligned need dates. Monitor and manage finished goods (FG) inventories and provide inputs to the excess and obsolete (E\u0026O) disposition process.\n * Drive purchase price variance (PPV) discussions and decisions with the supply chain team. Lead capacity modeling to ensure tool capacity can meet output requirements.\n * Identify, communicate, and mitigate capacity constraints while optimizing existing capacity and finding opportunities to minimize capital expenditure related to CM.\n * Initiate systemic corrective actions to address recurring root causes that drive missed schedules. Apply data analytics and AI-powered tools to uncover trends, predict risks, and recommend actions.
