Key Responsibilities :
1) In the F&B service excellence spectrum, to provide exceptional customer service to guests in all F&B outlets. This including Assist in taking and delivering food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
2) Responsible in ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment.
3) Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, servers, and other F&B team members.
4) Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth service operations.
5) Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas for service.
Ensure all necessary supplies are stocked and readily available.
6) Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the menu items and be able to make recommendations to guests.
7) Address any guest inquiries or special requests regarding dietary restrictions.
8) Adhere to all health and safety guidelines in the handling and serving of food and beverages.
9) Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all F&B areas.
Job Requirement :
1) 5 working days with shift-type work schedules.
2) Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent certificates or experience.
3) Minimum of 1 years of experience as F&B Assistant in the Hospitality industry.
4) Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including basic culinary terms and menu items.
5) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
7) Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
