F&B Manager - Fast Hire

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to ensure all operation policies and standard of the department are applied to its highest application.
• To ensure compliance of MSQH, HALAL and health authority standards.
•  Maintain records and generate report of all meals served in room, café and extra catering services provided that contributes to department revenue thus justifying cost of sales/operations.
• Interact with dietitian/support services/customer care/nursing manager at the hospital with matters related to food and beverage.
• Responsible for café inventory and controls at the hospital (cost control, food cost, P&L report, sanitation and hygiene, welfare of staffs).
• Responsible to ensure that an opening and closing operational checklist is followed and audited that covers all cleanliness and service/ production task list.
• Achieves revenue goals for Food and Beverage by developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in managing F&B department.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A self-starter with initiative and resourcefulness and an ability to work independently.
• All duties are performed in a warm and courteous manner.
• Computer literate.
