- Responsible for the overall work of the outlet, formulate and implement corresponding work plans, supervise the work of various departments, and complete annual and monthly target business indicators.
- Responsible for developing outlet sales plans, conducting external publicity according to market conditions and different periodical demands, and constantly exploring new methods of promotion and advertising activities.
- Understand the business situation of the outlet, promptly discover, and solve various issues that arise in the business (including handling emergencies such as water or power outages), and ensure the smooth operation of the outlet.
- Supervise daily quality management work, control product standards, handle cost accounting, strengthen food hygiene management, and promptly correct and deal with problems found.
