Role Type: Individual Contributor\n\nJob Overview\n\nThis is a critical hybrid role responsible for driving the growth of the Fluke Calibration (FCAL) business across the SEA region. The core focus will be on directly managing the key accounts in Malaysia and Thailand, while also providing support for the broader Pressure Calibration business in SEA. In this capacity, you will provide expert product application solutions to sales channels and customers through product training, sales visits, seminars, and workshops. You will be responsible for implementing go-to-market strategies and programs to achieve overall regional revenue targets and expand market share. You will also work closely with distribution channels to build a robust sales funnel and perform in-depth competitive analysis on Test \u0026 Measurement products to identify new opportunities.\n\nThis role requires a hands-on, highly organized, and self-motivated individual who can maintain a disciplined approach to managing high work standards.\n\nPrimary Responsibilities / Duties\n\nBusiness Growth \u0026 Account Management\n\nDirectly accountable for achieving revenue targets for the Fluke Calibration business in Malaysia and Thailand.\n\nProvide dedicated support to the Pressure Calibration business to contribute to overall regional success.\n\nBuild and manage a sales funnel in collaboration with channel partners to meet monthly targets.\n\nDevelop and maintain key relationships with local government departments, universities, institutions, consulting companies, end-users, and contractors.\n\nTechnical \u0026 Market Support\n\nProvide expert product application solutions and technical support to sales channels and customers via product training, sales visits, seminars, and workshops.\n\nExecute market creation activities to build brand awareness and generate demand within the assigned territory.\n\nConduct ongoing competitive analysis for Test \u0026 Measurement products, with a specific focus on calibration instrumentation, to identify market trends and competitor activity.\n\nStrategic Planning \u0026 Execution\n\nSupport management in developing strategic goals and tactical plans for the Fluke Calibration business.\n\nImplement go-to-market strategies and programs to achieve overall revenue targets and market share goals.\n\n \n\nEducation \u0026 Experience\n\nBachelor\u0027s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering is required.\n\nMinimum 3-5 years of working experience, preferably within Process Industries.\n\nProven sales experience specifically within the Fluke Calibration business is essential.\n\nStrong, demonstrable knowledge of calibration principles and general metrology.\n\nProven ability to manage sales targets and successfully develop new opportunities within a defined territory or account list.\n\nAn additional qualification in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is highly regarded.\n\nExperience in consulting and negotiating with foreign partners on both technical and commercial terms is a plus.\n\nCore Competencies \u0026 Personal Attributes\n\nCapacity to be an effective team leader, driving for collective success.\n\nExcellent interpersonal, customer orientation, and communication skills.\n\nA self-starter who is proactive, eager to learn, and results-oriented.\n\nExcellent command of English, both written and spoken.\n\nComputer literate, proficient in standard office software.\n\nWillingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory (Malaysia, Thailand) and overseas as required.\n\nFortive Corporation Overview\n\nFortive\u0027s essential technology makes the world safer and more productive.
