FCT Test Design Engineer II

Purpose Statement: To perform engineering design services and other related product development and/or product commercialization services. Please refer to discipline core skills for specifics.\n\nKey Job Accountabilities:\n\n * Demonstrates the ability to work independently within at least one phase for the Product Realization Process, where applicable without direction from mentors or functional management.\n * Produces comprehensive project documentation in accordance with the quality and change management procedures and guidelines.\n * Utilizes appropriate tools and equipment to perform necessary design work including design creation, design analysis, and design verification.\n * Develops engineering/product concepts that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer\u0027s requirements where applicable, while establishing an area of technical specialty and mentoring others on the team (in-discipline).\n * Demonstrates skill in multiple phases of the full product realization process, as it applies to their role \u0026 region\n * \n\n\nEducation/Experience Qualifications:\n\n * A minimum of a Bachelor\u0027s degree in Engineering is required; a Bachelor\u0027s degree in Engineering or higher is preferred.\n * Three (3) years of related experience is required; Three (3) or more years of related experience is preferred.\n\n\n\nOther Qualifications: \n\n * N/A\n\n\n\nPhysical Requirements: \n\n * N/A\n\n\n\nTravel Requirements: \n\n * N/A\n\n\n\nThis document does not represent a contract of employment and is not intended to capture every possible assignment the incumbent could be asked to perform.\n
