Fiber Technical Support (Sales) - Telecommunication Industry - Collaborative Environment

Job descriptions:

• Make sure there are enough items/ devices, materials, tools, including the arrangement of installation visit and reaching out to customers 
• Responsible for end to end installation process to ensure a smooth installation experience for customers 
• Providing consultation and troubleshooting of Customers Premises Equipment (CPE)
• Perform triple-play services testing which included High-Speed Internet (HIS) speed test via company's speed test webpage, perform test call from VOIP phone (incoming and outgoing calls and takedowns the recordings)
• Promoting customers on current offerings and promotions for upselling and cross-selling products 
• Build and maintain a good relationship with customers for long term partnership 

Requirements:

• SPM and above in IT or relevant field
• Must have own transportation and able to travel within Klang Valley
• Must have at least 6 months sales experience consists of commission

Benefits:
Basic salary + travel allowance + certificate allowance + commission
