Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for applications and service support in the South East Asia region.
• Provide expert applications advice as well as technical service support to our distributors and customers.
• Understand customers' application requirements, develop suitable process recipes and make appropriate recommendations to achieve their desired outcomes.
• Conduct applications and equipment demonstrations on-site and in the applications lab. Generate applications reports in support of pre and post sales activities.
• Conduct training both application & service, both in-house and on-site at customer locations.
• Support the set-up, inspection and testing of new equipment at customer locations to ensure proper installation.
• Provide technical support, training and advice to distributors / customers on correct use and maintenance of equipment.
• Establish preventative maintenance schedules with customer.
• Other duties as required by management, including travel and support outside Malaysia.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Relevant Diploma.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience working on capital equipment in Electronics, SMT and Semiconductor Manufacturing Industry.
• Working experience in MNC is preferred.

• Can expect work in Clean-Room environment.
