Position Overview

• The Field Marketing role supports rice-focused marketing initiatives through direct customer engagement, shop front programs, data management, and field demonstrations.


• This role is essential in driving brand visibility, gathering market insights, and supporting sales force effectiveness across Malaysia’s rice-growing regions
  
  

Job Responsibilities:

1.Customer Forums

• Coordinate logistics and content for rice customer forums.


• Support speaker preparation and presentation materials.


• Capture customer feedback and insights for post-event analysis.

2.Shop Front Sales Programs

• Plan and execute shop front campaigns in collaboration with sales teams.


• Ensure promotional materials and samples are distributed effectively.

3.Customer Data Entries

• Maintain accurate and timely customer visit reports and data entries.


• Support DCA execution tracking and sales team productivity metrics.

4.Field and Rice Demo Visits & Surveys

• Participate in field demo visits to showcase product performance.


• Support rice team in data collection from farmers and retailers.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Marketing, or related field.


• Strong communication and coordination skills.


• Willingness to travel frequently and work in rural environments.


• Familiarity with digital tools and basic data entry platforms.
