Siquest Technology is a dynamic and rapidly growing company operating in contamination control industry serving the medical device, pharmaceutical manufacturing, life sciences institutions and semiconductor industries. Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on the Northern Region of Malaysia (Penang, Kedah, Perlis, Kelantan). The ideal candidate will possess exceptional new business development skills, a passion for learning, and the ability to effectively manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  2. Identify and target potential clients within the medical device, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and semiconductor industries.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while continuously seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  4. Conduct extensive market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends within the industry.
  5. Proactively respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information on our products and services.
  6. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales collateral tailored to the needs of the target audience.
  7. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to key decision-makers, highlighting the value proposition of our products and services
  8. Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
  9. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to the sales manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any of the Life Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the medical device, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or semiconductor industries.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Northern Region of Malaysia (Penang, Kedah, Perlis, Perak and/or Kelantan).
  • Keen interest in learning about new technologies and industry trends.
    A self-starter with a proactive mindset, driven by a desire to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Outstanding fresh graduates will be considered.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
