Field Sales Manager

Responsibilities:-

• Lead, deliver and focus on sales and margin of salesforce team and online team.
• Lead, monitor and supervise Service team to implement procedure to enhance overall customer experience and customer satisfaction.
• Coach salesforce team to work effectively by ensuring the implementation of account and visit plans.
• Identify and follow through on business opportunities for portfolio customers to increase their spending for Lotuss.
• Visit high priority customers and go in the field to understand and communicate market trends and realities to Head Office.
• Ensure the implementation of store market opportunity model initiatives.
• Collaborate with operation team to achieve B2B KPI's and ensure operational excellence.

Requirements:-

• Degree in Business Administration or any related fields.
• At least 3 to 5 years direct experience in Sales, Key Account Management or any other related field.
• Sales or customer service experience in retail organisation will be a plus.
• Analytical and result oriented mindset.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and sales skills.
