Penerangan Pekerjaan - Field Trainer (East - based in Kota Kinabalu/Kuching)

Job Description

1) Understand goals and identify gaps in performance, productivity and quality at

both the individual and team level

2) Provides superior guidance, mentoring, coaching and feedback for the Store

Manager and Sales Associate to strengthen their overall sales performance.

3) Onboarding new District Manager, Store Manager and Sales Associate, leading

training activities, and providing help with specific issues related to retail or store

operations.

4) Developing training programs and designing training courses using gamification,

role -playing activities and job simulation.

5) Structures training plans to meet financial objectives.

6) Evaluating individual performance before and after the training program.

7) Stay up to date with the new market trends and demands of a retail sales

environment.

8) Must continue to be well -versed in and knowledgeable of all products and

services, procedures and policies.

Requirements

Job Requirements

1) Work experience as a Sales Coach, Sales Trainer or similar role.

2) Strong knowledge of the sales process and its best practices.

3) Excellent presentation and coaching skills.

4) Familiar with e -learning platforms and role -playing activities
