File Officer [Contract for 3 months]

WHO we are looking for;

• Candidate must possess at least SPM, with or without working experience.
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Possess positive working attitude, good communication skills and able to work as a team.
• Good organizational skill and ability to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable with using computer software and willing to learn.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Puteri Puchong area.
• Able to start immediately and work on a 3-months contract.

WHAT you will be doing;

• Scans and uploads documents in DRM. 
• Organizes and archives physical and digital documents.
• Uses alphabetical/numerical/caption systems to organize physical and electronic records documents.
• Checks documents, updating or correcting documentation as needed.
• Secures and protects the privacy of documents.
• Scans documents and verifies that scanned documents are clear and legible in DRM system. 
• Discards documents when required in accordance with official procedures.
• Checks and corrects documentation and placement of previously filed documents.
