FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER - Generous Compensation

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures business processes, administration, and financial management.
• Maintains accounting system.
• Leads planning and forecasting activities with business partners to achieve business and company goals.
• Reviews financial reports.
• Prepares financial forecasts.
• Monitors financial details to ensure legal compliance.
• Analyzes revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.
• Assists management to make financial decisions.
• Supervises employees.
• Investigates means to improve profitability.
• Reviews and processes payments of the company.
• Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
• Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business.
• Overall responsibility of accurate financial reporting and performance management to specific deadlines.• To manage Working Capital in efficiently and effectively.
•  To manage the import schedule by monthly review.
•  To supervise all financial assistants’ performance.
• To manage the reports to management as daily report, monthly report & yearly report in detail.
• To monitor the Internal Control & Accounting System
• To prepare Official Tax Return Submissions timely.
• To keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations, laws and legislation.
• To arrange Pre audit programs regularly and liaise with auditors to ensure compliance is carried out.
•  To prepare budget planning at the beginning of the year and managing budgets throughout the year.
• To perform budgetary control procedures monthly to ensure within budgets and highlight significant variances.
•  To develop, upgrade and improve upon existing procedure and whenever it is necessary.
• Manages full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts monthly and yearly.
•  Manages the accounting team in day to day functional operations.
