• Corporate Accounting
  • Demonstrated extensive experience in corporate finance, showcasing a deep and comprehensive understanding of financial processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Proficient in ensuring compliance with accounting standards and maintaining integrity in financial reporting.
• Transaction Management
  • Expertise in managing, entering, and overseeing financial transactions, including intricate bank transfers via internet banking systems.
  • Handling foreign currency transactions with precision, efficiency, and competence in managing financial aspects of export transactions involving foreign currencies
• Bookkeeping
  • Dedicated to maintaining meticulous, accurate, and up-to-date bookkeeping records, ensuring that every financial transaction is recorded and reconciled properly and promptly.
  • Ensuring that all bookkeeping practices adhere to regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
• Financial Reporting

• Audit Preparation
  • Leading the preparation process for both external and internal audits, ensuring strict compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Coordinating with auditors and providing all necessary documentation and explanations to facilitate a smooth audit process.
• Cash Flow Management
  • Overseeing the company's cash flow, ensuring liquidity, and managing cash reserves to maintain the financial health and stability of the organization.
  • Monitoring and managing daily cash flow operations, ensuring that funds are available for essential business activities.
  • Implementing strategies to optimize working capital and improve liquidity to support long-term business objectives.
• Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Developing and managing sophisticated financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning purposes.
  • Analysing complex financial data and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess and improve the company's financial health.
  • Providing financial insights and strategic recommendations to support high-level decision-making.
  • Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure financial strategies are aligned with overall business objectives and goals.
• Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Preparing and managing the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Working with department heads to gather budget inputs and ensure they align with overall company goals and financial constraints.
  • Regularly reviewing and updating forecasts based on actual performance and changes in the business environment to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Risk Management
  • Identifying, assessing, and developing strategies to mitigate financial risks, ensuring the safeguarding of company assets.
  • Implementing and monitoring robust internal controls to ensure compliance and prevent financial discrepancies and fraud.
• Cost Management
  • Analysing costs and expenses to identify opportunities for cost reduction or efficiency improvements without compromising quality or performance.
  • Collaborating with various departments to develop and implement cost-saving initiatives, ensuring long-term financial sustainability.
• Financial Compliance
  • Ensuring full compliance with tax regulations, reporting requirements, and financial legislation.
  • Staying informed about changes in financial regulations, assessing their impact on the company, and implementing necessary adjustments to remain compliant.
• Vendor and Stakeholder Management
  • Managing relationships with external vendors and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and beneficial partnerships.
  • Providing financial insights and strategic recommendations to support decision-making and foster strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Collaborating with other departments to align financial strategies with the overall business objectives, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach to financial management.

Qualifications

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA).
• A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with the ability to analyse complex data and generate detailed financial reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and stakeholders.

Additional skill preferences

• Financial Modelling

• Proficiency in creating comprehensive financial models and developing forward-looking financial projections to support business planning and growth initiatives.

2. Transfer Pricing

• Experience with transfer pricing, including documentation and compliance with international regulations.

3. Big 4 Experience

• Prior experience working at one of the Big 4 firms, bringing a high level of expertise and best practices to the role.
