Finance & Acoount Manager - Hiring Immediately

As the Finance & Account Manager of Insulflex Corporation Sdn Bhd, is responsible for costing, budget and accounting expertise to evaluate company functional cost and ensures that costs remain within budgetary limits.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Performing cost calculation of products and master batches
* Review the internal price list submitted by Sales Department and ensure that the selling price according to minimum pricing guideline set by the company-
* Reviewing costing on any changes in the material pricing for maintaining and updating the system
* Assist in analyzing the impact of costing and maintaining the standard direct cost for all raw materials, production and finishing goods.
* Understanding of cost structures / drivers in order translate into a possible better action plans to drive cost improvements.
* Execute accounting controls in accordance with the materiality of transactions.
* Involvement in providing the cost studies in order to verify cost improvement savings as when it required
* Maintaining costing for all the products of the company from time to time
* Carry out budgetary control for one or several areas of activity (e.g. Operating Expenditure (OPEX)) under the direct supervision of the manager
* Undertake all cost analyses to detect risks / opportunity and propose the actions required in order to maintain budgetary objectives. Achieves budget objectives by scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; and initiating corrective actions.
* Assisting in the yearly budgeting preparation with projection following by the managers upon approval.
* Liaison person for other department on finance and costing related

Qualifications: 

1. Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Professional qualification in accounting, i.e. CPA, ACCA or CIMA or equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years relevant working experiences.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills with strong business sense and managerial skills.
4. Proficient in the requirement of MFRS and costing methods
5. Effective writing, supervision and organization skills
6. Efficient in planning and execution of assignment to meet deadline
7. Ability to lead and work independently and committed to delivery on time
8. Working experiences in manufacturing outfit preferably fast moving products.
9. Working experiences in integrated real-time ERP systems a must.
10. Hands on experiences and knowledge in short term financing, import & export documentations, custom procedures, indirect taxes (VAT/GST, SST), an added advantage.
