Responsibilities:
- Day to day accounting operation activities such as data entry accounting system.
- To handle AP/AR, bank statement, and other accounting functions.
- Maintain AP/AR account and generate analytical report.
- Prepare invoice, billing, payment postings and receipts.
- Assist and handle any ad-hoc assignments when assigned by management.
- Support manager in preparation of sales reports.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors, secretary, banker and government authorities to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Experience in using SQL Accounting software is an added advantage.
- Assist on administrative tasks.
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned by your superior.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in accounting or finance with minimum work experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software with knowledge in Microsoft.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
- Able to read, write and speak in mandarin.
