Finance Analyst

a.       Financial
Analysis and Research

·       Perform
comprehensive due diligence on potential investments, including management
interviews, industry analysis, and competitive positioning.

·       Conduct
detailed financial modeling and valuation analysis including building
discounted cashflow models and conducting comparable company analysis.

·       Work
closely with Legal and Risk departments to identify and assess risks
associated with potential transactions.

·       Prepare
detailed investment memos, presentations, and reports for management approval.

·       Support
in all aspects of deal execution, including coordination between Legal,
Finance, Operating subsidiaries and/or Project teams.

b.      Portfolio Management Support

·       Monitor public listed companies in organisaiton
portfolio.

·       Assist in portfolio construction and asset
allocation decisions across public and private market investments.

c.       Perform any other tasks as
assigned by the Head of Department.
