Penerangan Pekerjaan - Finance Analyst

As a Finance Analyst at our company, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support key business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, monitor financial performance, and make strategic recommendations based on your findings. In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Analyzing complex financial data and providing insights to support decision making
Creating and maintaining financial models to forecast future performance
Conducting budget variance analysis and monitoring budget adherence
Collaborating with different departments to develop financial plans and track progress
Identifying opportunities to increase profitability and reduce costs

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or related field
Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect and interpret data accurately
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards
Proven track record of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines
