This role ensures effective management of accounting operations, cost control, and internal controls, while facilitating audits, tax compliance, and strategic financial planning to drive informed business decisions. \nFinancial \u0026 Management Accounting \na. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including analysis and reporting. \nb. Track and analyze monthly forecasts vs actuals, identify variances against budgets and forecasts. \nc. Assist in monthly and yearly forecast preparation. \nAccounting Support \na. Collaborate with Global Shared Services on GL, AP, and AR for accurate postings, issue resolution, and reconciliations. \nb. Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. \nStock Control \u0026 CAPEX Tracking \na. Oversee inventory management, reconciliations, and stock valuation. \nb. Track and report CAPEX investments against approved budgets, including raising CAPEX requisitions. \nCosting \u0026 Analysis \na. Establish and maintain cost standards for materials, labor, and overhead. \nb. Analyze production costs, margins, and variances. \nc. Support repair pricing, rebate mechanisms, and management decision-making. \nAudit, Tax and Internal Control \na. Act as primary liaison for auditors and ensure successful audit completion (including external \u0026 internal audits). \nb. Manage tax compliance (tax estimation, SST return, withholding tax, and income tax coordination). \nc. Implement and improve internal control systems and SOPs. \nd. Check, audit, and maintain documents and data related to government incentives and exemptions.\n\n## Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) \n\u2022 Minimum 2\u20133 years in finance or accounting, preferably in a multinational corporation (MNC). \n \n\n\n## Skills:\n\n\u2022 Proficiency in Finance ERP systems (S4 Hana is an added advantage) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel (Advanced), Word, PowerPoint). \n\u2022 Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. \n\u2022 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. \n\u2022 Added advantage: Strong knowledge of Malaysian Accounting Standards and Taxation.\n\nWe are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
