Job Description

Prepare and review monthly Journals :- Payroll, Cost & Revenue Accruals, Prepayment, etc
Monthly Fixed Asset management :- Addition, Disposal & Depreciation postings
Prepare and review monthly trial balance, identify and prepare adjustment journals
Prepare and review monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations
Prepare and review Monthly Management Accounting (MMA) Reports
Prepare and review Yearly Budget
Yearly Audit supports
Work closely with other Finance functional teams (AP, AR, Collection team)
Liaise with Auditor, Tax Agent, etc
Response to related internal or external queries

Other general tasks:

Prepare scheduled / ad hoc reports
Co-operate / support internal & external audit requests and process improvements
SLA guided in terms of accuracy and timeliness
Accept and meet KPIs for individual tasks as well as team duties
Update operations manuals and checklists
