Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)

Position: Finance & Admin ExecutiveLocation: Damansara, SelangorWorking Hours: 8.30AM - 5.30PMWorking Days: Monday to FridaySalary: RM 3,500 - RM 4,500 (Based Upon Experience)

Job Requirements:

  • Assist the Finance department with administrative tasks related to payroll, such as data entry and verification, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with Customer Invoicing and collections, and Supplier registrations and payments.
  • Assist Finance Manager with various data reporting and tracking.
  • Assist in coordinating with internal and external parties for the preparation of the yearly final audited accounts.
  • Maintain proper filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy retrieval of documents and compliance with record-keeping requirements.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Requirements:1) Minimum 1 - 2 years of proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in Finance.2) Must have Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in Finance.3) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping and efficient task management.4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information.5) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software such as Xero, QuickBooks.6) Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment.7) A positive attitude and a genuine interest in supporting employees and fostering a positive work environment.8) Additional Admin and HR duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by the company.9) High level of integrity and uphold of the confidentiality of the employees and other private and confidential information of the company10) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
