Finance & Admin Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual who is keen to grow and build a long-term career in sales with our company.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and overseeing the daily operation of the accounting department
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
- Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Prepare accounting reports and liaise with accounts team in Taiwan HQ
- Liaison with company internal and external audit, tax consultant, company secretary, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations and authorities
- Analyze, recommend, implement, and monitor internal financial controls and its effectiveness, including systems, reconciliations and ensuring the integrity of reported figures
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed
- Performs any other duties related to the job junction as assigned
Skills
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
- At least five (5) years working experience in Account / Finance or the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Manager specialized in Wholesale, Retail business or equivalent
- Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results
- Advanced Computer operating skills, Microsoft Office tools, Excel, Words, Power Point, Accounting Software, Database and ability to handle large amount of data
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
- Applicants must be willing to work in Setia Alam, Shah Alam, Selangor
