Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Financial Management:

  • Issue invoices to clients and ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Disburse payments to vendors and contractors.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records.
  • Manage financial records, including receipts, expenses, and budgets.
  • Prepare financial reports and statements as required.
  • Assist in budget planning and financial forecasting. Payroll Management:
  • Process payroll for employees and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and tax requirements.
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation packages. Talent Acquisition:
  • Assist in recruiting and hiring processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support employee relations and handle HR-related inquiries and issues. Administrative Functions:
  • Submit administrative documents such as government licenses and compliance paperwork.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance and HR administration or a related role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and financial management principles.
  • Proficiency in payroll processing and related software.
  • Experience with talent acquisition and HR processes.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software.
  • Other Requirements:
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):

  • Experience in the software development or tech industry.
  • Familiarity with government regulations and compliance related to finance and HR.
  • This position is hybrid role and the office culture is young and fun.
