Roles and Responsibilities
1. Manage daily financial transactions, data entries & prepare payments etc.
2. Handle the full spectrum of accounting and finance.
3. Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual financial reports for the company.
4. Process monthly staff claims, involved in projects costing (if required),etc.
5. Respond to financial inquiries by the management.
6. Meeting the required financial reporting deadlines is crucial.
7. Liaise with Auditors, Tax Consultants, other stakeholders and local authorities.
8. Ad hoc assignments as and when required.
Qualifications and Requirements
1. The candidate must possess at least a Professional Diploma, Degree in Accountancy /Finance or equivalent.
2. At least 3 years of experience handling full set of accounts.
3. Strong knowledge in Xero accounting software is an advantage.
4. Candidates with working experience in tax such as SST, WHT and corporation tax will be an added advantage.
5. Well versed in Malaysia Accounting Standards is preferable.
6. Committed to work, good working attitudes & able to work independently.
7. Full time position(s) available.
8. Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.
