Finance Assistant Manager

This is a Finance Manager role with a property management company, located at Kuala Lumpur City Centre. We are looking for a candidate who has experience in financial reporting, and has at least 3 years of experience in a Managerial role.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial analysis, prepare periodic dashboard, financial statements, business activity reports, and financial forecasts
• Ensure that the organizations financial records and record keeping methods are in compliance with applicable standards and regulations
• Manage employees and contractors who are responsible for financial reporting and budgeting
• Periodically review the organizations financial reports and identify opportunities for cost reduction
• Analyze data and advise top management on how to maximize profits
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth/expansion

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance or related field, ACCA or related professional certification is preferred
• At least three (3) years' experience as a Finance/ Accounts Manager is preferred with proven success in leading a team
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in using Accounting software system is preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English

Remuneration

• Up to RM 6,000
