Finance cum Accounts Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full spectrum of finance including timely preparation of financial and management reports.
• Manage cash flow, funding, and budget allocation.
• Control end-to-end financial processes including collections, payments, and monthly close activities.
• Ensure compliance with Financial Reporting Standards and applicable reporting standards.
• Perform business planning and yearly budgeting.
• Establish and maintain effective internal control procedures.
• Liaise with External Auditors, Tax Agents, Legal, Bankers, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee project claims, costing, and attend project meetings.
• Review audited reports and tax computations.
• Address banker queries and manage legal suit matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Candidate must have experience in project costing.
• Candidate must be able to read and write in Mandarin to perform effectively in the job. 
• Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards and statutory requirements.
• Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and internal control procedures.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
