Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and undertake the bookkeeping, finance functions (i.e. AP, AR, Fixed Assets etc.) and periodic accounting activities of Investment Holdings and Dormant entities; ensuring timely reporting and proactive in addressing the financial requirements.


• Support the compilation, coordination, and preparation of financial analysis, providing accurate and quality reporting output.


• Assist in the file management matters of the Company; coordinating effective storage and retrieval of agreement/ contract documents.


• Assist in the year-end audit and liaise with auditors and relevant parties.


• Participate as a key member in other ad-hoc financial projects/ tasks as assigned; proactive in all dealings to achieve team objectives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance and/ or Professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA and CPA 
  etc.).


• At least one (1-2) year of experience undertaking a similar role. Fresh graduates are encouraged 
  to apply.


• Familiar with accounting software and proficient in office suite (i.e. spreadsheet and word 
  processing etc.).


• Possess strong analytical skills, meticulous and good time management.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
