Finance Executive (5 days / JB Town)

Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting (Accounting)

• Manage full accounting cycle , including invoicing, vendor invoices, payments, journal entries, bank reconciliation, and fixed assets.
• Lead month-end closing process and prepare financial statements for management.
• Preparation of analytical reports to the management team.
• Assist in year-end audit and compliance with finance filing requirements.
• Support implementation of new processes and systems.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Accounting, or ACCA with 3 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of IFRS and SAP preferred.
• Familiarity with internal controls and statutory regulations.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is necessary for interactions with mandarin speaking principle. 
• Willingness to work in JB Town Area .
