Job Description

• Process and record daily sales reports in accounting system in a timely manner.
• Communicate with external parties such as auditors tax agents and government authorities when necessary.
• Ensure accurate financial closing and compliance with statutory requirements and accounting standards.
• Complete assigned ad hoc duties as required by superior.
• Perform daily data entry and bookkeeping tasks including Accounts Payable invoices.
• Assist in preparing monthly management account reports.
• Handle any other duties and tasks assigned by management.
• Maintain accurate document filing and record-keeping. 

Job Requirements

• At least Certified Accounting Technician or Degree in Accountancy, or any relevant professional qualification
• Possess strong skills in financial modeling internal control and management reporting systems.
• Show proactive problem-solving approaches.
• Demonstrate management and leadership abilities.
• Be capable of multitasking and prioritizing daily workload and working under pressure to meet deadlines.
