Finance Executive (Account Receivable) - Positive Work Culture

Job Description

• In-charge of accounts receivable and update customer collections on daily basis
• To prepare weekly AR aging reports and review with Sales team, and to follow up customer account for non-payments, dispute invoice and other irregularities
• To manage debt recovery process to meet monthly collection targets
• To ensure collections are accurately matched against AR targets
• To perform monthly accounts receivable reconciliations to major customers e.g. : HMSB, Perodua Sales
• To ensure timely accounts closing for AR and prepare AR aging reports
• To update collection in cash book and match against the customer aging
• Responsible for miscellaneous invoicing, credit and debit not for sell pricing related adjustment
• To witness scraps sales activities to ensure sufficient deposit before release scrap
• To conduct company search for new customers and provide suggestions on the new application or amendments to old customer
• To update Business Partner for new and existing customers
• To undertake any other project as assigned by superior from time to time

Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting

• Possess valid driving license
• Possess minimum two (2) years of working experience in automotive industry and experienced in account receivables and automotive industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Required skill(s) and knowledge: Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, financial literacy.
• Personal attributes: Analytical and critical thinking skills, presentation skills, Attention to details and accuracy
• Language preference: English, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin/Hokkien
