Job Description
- Invoice Posting (PO and Without PO) to the system within 3 days after invoices received and complete the posting before 2 days before month end closing;
- Attend the Service Request from SSF portal within 1 working day after received the request;
- Raise Service Request in SSF portal after each manual adjustment and attached related supporting for manager to review and approve;
- Complete the Flight invoice LARS pre-check on every 9th of the month;
- Review and prepare closing reports such as down payment account; pending account clearing; flight ticket accrual file; debit balance; double booking control; offset goods received account; warranty listing during pre-close week;
- Complete month end closing activities within the timeline by completing PCA adjustment, necessary journal entries; prepare AP Account Breakdown report before work day 2
- Follow up on the pending received invoices after month end closing
- Review block entries and follow up on release before each payment run
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Detail-oriented and good accounting knowledge.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas.
- Contract base and renewable based on performance.
