• Prepare monthly account aging reports and debtor's collection report.
• Responsible for Account Receivable Ledger creation, maintenance and credit limit management.
• Prepare and submit Account Receivable report within deadline to comply HQ requirement. (Eg: HQ Aging Report, HQ credit limit control E-system)
• Handle company petty cash as per policy & procedure and prepare summary report for month end closing.
• Perform and update daily bank cash flow transactions.
• Generate and send invoices, statements of accounts and official receipts to customers. 
• Updating and maintaining accounts data entry record into accounting system (account receivables).
• Timely distribution of Invoices and statement of accounts to debtors. 
• Maintain accuracy and time frame on receipt issuance and receipt entry system.
• Ensure timely debtor account reconciliations are performed.
• Maintain of proper accounting records and documentation accurately in accordance with company policy.
• Preparation of suspense list and liaise with sales department regarding interest charged.
• Assist in finance and accounting process including monthly closing journal entry, stock count and banking etc in a timely manner.
• Involve in internal and statutory audits activities.
• Any other duties as and when assigned by immediate superior.
• Possess a degree in accounting
• Have at least 3 years of experience in the related field is required
• Strong computer skill, with solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel applications
• Meticulous and has an eye on details
• Experience in SAP system is preferred
• Able to work independently
