Finance Executive - Contract based

Key Responsibilities:

1. Preparing journals for all brands (approx. 300 per month)- e.g.
   - Reversal of previous month's accruals
   - Charge out monthly prepayments
   - Monthend closing e.g. reclassification of cost centre, GL etc, accruals for stock obs, safeguards etc
2. Prepare BS reports
3. Assist to follow up on BS items
4. Prepare bank reconciliation
5. Assist in tax info compilation
6. Preparing analysis
7. Others ad hoc task

• Bachelor Degree in Finance
• Preferably someone with SAP experience
• 2-3 year’s of work experience
• Monthend closing & GL experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Good interpersonal & teamwork skill
