Finance Executive (GL/Accounting) - Contract Basis - Leading Industry Pay

The Finance Executive assists Assistant Manager, Accounting & Controlling in supporting day-to-day financial operations of the company, notably in areas of GL / Inventory management , COGs accuracy, PPE Asset control , Treasury cash management, Financial reporting-R2R and Audit controls.

Inventory & COG reconciliation

• Update inventory movements for DtC channel in back-end operation application
• Work with Supply Chain department on inventory management, inventory forecast accuracy, bias, reconciliations and submit closing reporting
• Responsible and check on inventory reconciliation for all locations
• Plan stock count exercise (Quarterly /Yearly) with Supply Chain team according to guideline
• Review & check COGS unit sold accuracy for month end reporting

Transactional : Billing issuance & Balance sheet recon (AR)

• Responsible for issuance of billing incl. CN /DN related to ensure SOA is correctly captured according to business transacted and oversee AR related Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Manage bank reconciliations (Credit side)

Treasury Cash management & Bank reconciliation

• Treasury management thru optimisation of cash at banks
• Support AM in Forex Evaluations thru monitoring of forex rate and perform purchase. Working with Accounts Payable team for payment means
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
• Submit Cash Reporting to Group office during month end close

General Ledger & Financial reporting (R2R)

• Provision & accrual for Net Sales and inventory
• Assist AM in month end closing activity and produce timely management P&L by WD5
• Handle Group reporting ie DSI Inventory related & Cash actual report on monthly basis
• Support AM in Balance sheet reconciliation work

Adhoc

• Works closely with the auditors (external & internal) to complete audit process
• Ad hoc assignments as and when assigned by superior
• Job rotation as and when required
