Finance Executive - Hiring Urgently

Job Responsibilities:

To assist the Finance Manager to implementing and take-up executive responsibility for the Finance functions as follows:

1. Costing, Account Payable (AP) & General Ledger (GL) Functions:

• Assist in costing activities including analyst cost and preparing month end reporting.
• Oversee account payable section matters.
• To ensure accurate and timeliness update of payables into vendor ledger in the SAP FI/CO AP Module
• Prepare on Journal Entries
• Assist in monthly estimation and rolling reports.
• Ensure recognized timely and proper way for the accounts entries.
• To generate and posting for Debit Notes / Credit Notes based on approved requests given by relevant departments.
• Prepare and coordinate the month end closing and timely submission management report.
• Assist to prepare of the business plan and budget and monitoring of the Company performance.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agent, bankers and government bodies.
• Ensure internal control complied as per Company Procedure
• Contribution in improvement works in Finance Department

2. To carry out any other tasks as and when instructed by the superiors.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate/Professional Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum three to five years of working experience in the related field.
• Knowledge in Costing, Reporting, Budget & Audit.
• Good oral & written communication skill in English.
• Strong computer skills on Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and relevant applications.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented and a fast learner.
• Good interpersonal skills with a positive work attitude.
• Knowledge in SAP system is an added advantage.
