Position: Finance Executive (O2C - Finance Shared Services)
Term: 6 month contract (Renewable at the end of the contract as to convert into permanent)
Salary: MYR3,000 - MYR4,500
Working location: Bangsar South, KL
Working day Mon - Fri
Working hours 9am to 6pm Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure all financial activities are completed timely and in accordance with corporate timeline, guidelines and policies.
• Financial activities includes, but not limited to: o Preparation of invoices to bill to various parties (example: Rental, Corporate sales)
• Follow up on overdue invoices.
• Ensure collection is picked up correctly.
• Perform retail sales reconciliation (including ecommerce)
• Processing of request related to retail sales (example: refund)
• Manage queries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Preparation of reports (example: Gross turnover report)
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of financial transactions.
• Participate in process/continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with all stakeholders and as a team with other team members to ensure end deliverables and KPI are met.
• Perform all other related tasks assigned from time to time by Team lead/Head of FSSC. Requirements:
• Degree holder in accounting and/or finance or professional qualifications.
• At least 1 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
• Experience within a shared services set-up is preferred.
• Meticulous, analytical and a high degree of agility.
• Proactive in resolving matters, while being able to manage time effectively.
• Highly committed and able to work independently.
• Stakeholder influencing; strong in communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment are essential.
• Experience in Business central (Accounting software), RPA (Uipath) & retail sector is preferred. Summary of role requirements:
