Finance & Logistics Assistant

Main Responsibilities:

1. Account Payables 

• Trade Payables
• Other Payables
• Staff Payables  

2. Accounts Closing 

• Ensure accounts closing are accurate, complete, comply to internal controls and group accounting policy. 

3. Logistics Function

• Assist in sending Purchase Orders (POs) to vendors, follow up on Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA), and update the ETA details in the logistics folder. 
• Assist in arranging and monitoring shipments, and prepare Delivery Orders (DO) and invoices.

4. Account Receivable

• Update collections
• Key in sales Invoices
• Upload client invoices to their portal 

5. Assist in Expenses Analysis Schedule

6. Arrange for Marine and Office Insurance Coverage.

7. Assist in Ad hoc tasks.

Requirements :

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent. 
• At least 1 or 2 years hands-on experience in accounting functions.
• Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Ability to converse in dialects is an added advantage. 
• Proficient with Microsoft office. 
• Able to interact effectively with all levels of personnel. 
• 1 year contract.
