FINANCE MANAGER

1. Responsible of managing and administrating a department.

2. Responsible of to analyze, plan, develop, implement and execute strategies towards achieving company's goals and objectives.

3. Responsible of managing subordinates career development.

4. Responsible of to plan, develop, implement and execute company activities related to such as Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, Safety & Health Management System, company policies, rules and regulations, etc.

5. Responsible of planning, organizing, coordinating and delegating jobs to the respective subordinates.

6. Responsible of managing confidential matters, business affairs and trade secrets of the company.

SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTIONS :

1. Overall coordination and responsible for the entire accounts department.

2. To be responsible to close month end accounts.

3. To ensure accounting records are properly kept.

4. To prepare monthly internal report, management accounts, payroll JV and corporate reporting package.

5. To prepare or check Capital Expenditure Report, Payment/Debit Note/Credit Note, audit schedule, tax schedule, payroll of Senior Executive and Managers.

6. To ensure operations comply with dateline on submission of monthly inventory, sales reports and related finance schedule.

7. To maintain a systematic record for all category of fixed asset.

8. To assist superior in preparation of budget or profit forecast, government statistics/survey etc.

9. To co-ordinate the stock counts as when necessary.

10. To analyze manufacturing performance and profitability by product group, customers and manufacturing centers.

11. To review Capital Expenditure and tooling investment payback and ROI computations.

12. To perform any ad-hoc assignments relating to management accounting issues.

13. To execute other duties as defined by the superior.

JOB Requirements:

1. Degree in Finance/Accounting, Professional Accounting qualification, ACCA/CPA/CIMA or equivalent.

2. At least 5 years of relevant working experience of which at least 3 years are with audit firm and preferably has exposure in semiconductor industry.

3. Able to work under pressure, with minimum supervision and meet tight deadlines.

4. Strong knowledge on internal controls.

5. Hard working, meticulous, hands-on and able to work independently.

6. Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
