Education and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. (Master's degree or CPA certification preferred)
- Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards, including GAAP.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, as well as Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
