Finance Manager

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Identify cost-reduction strategies and partner with operations to implement your ideas.
• Drive new insights into job and product line profitability to help the business improve product mix and increase margins.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and facilitate audits, both internal and external, ensuring timely completion and resolution of audit findings.
• Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis, providing insights to support decision-making by management.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships to optimize working capital and support business operations.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including timely filing of tax returns and payments.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster professional development and growth.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. (Master's degree or CPA certification preferred)
• Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards, including GAAP.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, as well as Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
