FINANCE MANAGER/ ACCOUNTANT - Dynamic Team

Role and Responsibilities

1. Handle and monitoring the Company full sets of accounts including updating and verification of ledgers, bank reconciliation, A/P, A/R, month end closing into accounting system with accuracy and proper file all the related documents. 
2. Responsible on month end, quarterly and year-end financial closing and reporting.
3. Handle year-end reports for audit and tax schedules.
4. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, Company secretaries, government authorities, and bankers.
5. Support in budgeting and forecasting financials of projects undertaken.
6. Prepare presentation slides about group performance and present during the meeting.
7. Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements (e.g. Company tax, withholding tax etc.)
8. Assists in the preparation of draft statutory reports.
9. Preparation of quarterly reporting, quarterly Board papers and annual audited financial statements.
10. To perform any other duties and responsibilities from time to time.

Additional Notes (IF ANY)

1. Candidates must possess at least ACCA, CIMA, CPA or Recognised Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
2. Has strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills
3. At least 6 years of relevant working experience. Audit experience welcomed
4. Candidate with working experience in public listed company is preferred
5. Strong Microsoft Excel, Words skills
6. Sound knowledge of MFRS and group consolidation matters
7. Strong analytical and accounting skills
8. Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
9. Meticulous, independent and able to perform under tight deadlines
