Finance Manager (Commerical FPA) - Competitive Pay

 Key responsibilities will be

1. To provide financial leadership in the Kuching organization. This person will sit in the Country Leadership team.
2. To ensure delivery of financial commitment
   1. She will be accountable on the delivery of
      1. Annual Plan which is the Budget
      2. Quarterly Forecast
      3. Monthly Business review
3. To ensure profitable growth of the Kuching organization
   1. She will be partnering in delivering more free cash flow through
      1. Higher than market top line growth
      2. Better margin management
      3. Control over Operating Expenses
      4. Control over working capital and Capex
4. To ensure compliance on statutory and tax requirement and managing business risk
   1. She will be accountable to make sure we fulfil all local statutory and tax compliance
   2. She will support in the management of business risk like credit, forex and metal price movement.
5. To continue develop and ensure delivery of the Service Delivery Agreement with Shanghai Financial Shared Service Centre.
   1. She will need to ensure that the terms are fulfilled in Service Level Agreement
   2. She will need to serve as a liaison between the FSS and the local business team.
6. To be involved in any ad-hoc projects as assigned

This person will need to have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar position. She/He will be spending 70% on Financial Planning and Analysis and 30% on compliance. Good spoken and written English is required to support stakeholders in the United States.
