Finance Manager - Consolidation

1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Finance Department. 
   
2. Guarantee the preparation and submission of management accounts (monthly, quarterly, and yearly), group consolidations, and statutory financial reports in a timely and accurate manner. 
   
3. Ensure compliance with tax regulations by submitting SST/GST and withholding tax filings accurately and on time. 
   
4. Maintain adherence to accounting standards, the Group’s financial policies, and legal requirements across all financial systems and documentation. 
   
5. Oversee the finalization and timely submission of audited financial statements, tax returns, and other mandatory financial reports. 
   
6. Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and treasury-related functions. 
   
7. Lead the preparation and coordination of the annual budgeting process. 
   
8. Establish and enforce strong internal controls and standardized procedures within the department. 
   
9. Serve as the primary contact for external parties, including auditors, bankers, tax agents, and regulatory authorities. 
   
10. Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to the finance team to ensure efficient task execution. 
    

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  
• Have professional certificates eg. CPA, ACCA, MIA are an advantage.
  
• Minimum 5 years experience in finance. Candidates with audit experience or with work experience in public listed companies or with management or supervisory experience are an advantage.
  
• Able to prepare group consolidation financial reports
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with project teams.
  
• Proficiency in using accounting software and ERP systems. Experience with Navision is an advantage.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
