Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable Management:

• Oversee the entire accounts receivable process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain proper documentation of revenue and collections, adhering to established protocols.
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of accounts receivable journals.

Reconciliation and Analysis:

• Conduct monthly reconciliations and variance analyses to identify discrepancies and address them promptly.
• Ensure that reconciliation processes are completed on time and with precision.

Compliance and Audit Support:

• Uphold compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and accounting policies and procedures.
• Facilitate internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and support.

Management Reporting:

• Assist in the preparation of comprehensive monthly management reports, providing insights into financial performance.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP):

• Draft and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as necessary to maintain clarity and consistency in financial operations.

Project Support:

• Contribute to finance-related projects and assignments, including driving process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. (Preferred: CPA or similar certification)
• Proven experience in finance or accounting roles, with specific experience in accounts receivable management.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
